Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with product questions
Recommend the right phones, plans, and accessories
Hit and surpass personal and store sales goals
Handle activations, billing, and technical assistance
Keep up with new promotions and product updates
Contribute to a positive and fun store environment
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Experience in retail or customer service preferred
Friendly, goal-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable learning new technologies
