Responsibilities

Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs. Demonstrate and explain product features through hands-on demos. Recommend phones, accessories, and service plans that fit customers' lifestyles and budgets. Deliver outstanding service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience. Achieve and exceed sales goals through strong product knowledge and upselling opportunities. Maintain clean, well-organized merchandising displays and manage inventory accuracy. Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and professionalism. Educate customers about promotions, loyalty programs, and new product launches. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience preferred; wireless or electronics background a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to explain tech clearly. Bilingual in

English and Spanish

strongly preferred;

Haitian Creole

a plus. Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous. Comfortable with POS systems, basic math, and handling transactions. Motivated, dependable, and passionate about helping people stay connected.
