Bilingual Sales Representative

to join our team! As a Mobile Expert, you'll be the face of our store--helping customers stay connected, understand their devices, and choose the best plans for their lifestyle.

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with stock management. Process transactions efficiently using POS systems. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with customers in both English and another language.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is required. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
