We're seeking a

Bilingual (English/Spanish) B2B Sales Associate

who thrives on building relationships, enjoys helping others, and wants to grow within a reputable, supportive organization.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, HR departments, and benefits decision-makers. Present Colonial Life's portfolio of voluntary benefit solutions to employers and employees (both in English and Spanish). Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and community engagement. Partner with business owners to implement benefit programs and support enrollment strategies. Deliver exceptional client service and ongoing account management. Participate in training, team meetings, and leadership development programs to enhance your career growth.

Qualifications

Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) required. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals. Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Previous sales, business development, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required). Must have (or be willing to obtain) a state insurance license.
