We are a furniture store in Casselberry, FL, seeking

1 enthusiastic Sales Representative

to join our dynamic team. If you are bilingual (Spanish-English), have a passion for customer service, and a drive to meet sales goals, this is a great opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect furniture for their home Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Process sales transactions accurately Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals Assist customers with financing applications and guide them through the approval process During downtime, assist with general store operations including building and assembling furniture, moving or rearranging showroom pieces, and helping with loading or unloading trucks for deliveries

Qualifications:

Bilingual (Spanish-English) required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous sales or retail experience required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week Store hours: Monday-Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM; Sunday, 11 AM - 5 PM Schedule is flexible; some weekends may be required
