Duties

Engage with customers via phone and in person, delivering professional and courteous service following established phone etiquette standards. Conduct data entry accurately into our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all client information is up-to-date. Identify customer needs through effective communication and analysis skills, offering tailored solutions to maximise sales opportunities. Promote products and services through upselling techniques, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction whilst increasing revenue. Maintain organised records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for future reference. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service delivery. Assist in resolving customer queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience at all times.

Requirements

Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential; additional languages are a plus. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is desirable. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Demonstrated ability to analyse customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Proficient in using CRM systems or similar software for record keeping. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Good phone etiquette and organisational skills are required for success in this role.
