Bilingual Medication Adherence Technician
HealthCare Support is currently seeking a fully remote Bilingual Medication Adherence Technician to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization serving the Medicare population.
The ideal candidate will have the following requirements for the Medication Adherence Technician role:
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA/CMA, or CNA
- Bilingual REQUIRED: Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, and Vietnamese
- Competitive salary, paying Min. $21.00/hourly to Max. $21.00/hourly, with weekly pay!

- : The Medication Adherence Technician will apply knowledge and skills to engage in-depth discussion with patients about medication adherence to identify and resolve patient adherence barriers. This role may involve analysis, research, and problem-solving to obtain resolution. Applied judgment is required to develop, modify and adapt procedures in order to most effectively meet demands in atypical situations. The MATech will be making 80-100 outbound calls (cold calls) per day to patients.
- Length: 6 month contract, possible extensions/conversion
- Schedules: Monday through Friday, 8 hours shift between 8am to 8pm CST (8-4:30, 8:30-5, 9-5:30, 9:30-6, etc), can also do 4 10 hour shifts but MUST be the same shifts weekly.
- Location: Remote, USA (Candidates residing in California or Hawaii are not eligible)
