Summit Construction and Development LLC is currently looking for a full-time dynamic Bilingual Receptionist to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, organized, and have the ability to multi-task in a friendly and professional manner, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
Route calls to specific people.
Answer inquiries about company.
Greet visitors and determine access to appropriate parties.
Maintaining employee and department directories.
Maintains security and telecommunications system by following procedures, monitoring logbook.
Manage company's general agenda.
Renew Licenses, permits, certificates, tags etc.
Help organize office activities.
Coordinate mail and package flow in and out of office.
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, voice mail systems, company computers, company cellphones.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Take and deliver messages.
Fix malfunctioning office equipment.
Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
Call IT for computer assistance.
Perform data entry.
Type, format, or edit routine memos or other reports.
Maintain inventory and office supplies. Anticipate office needs; evaluate new office products: place and often expedite orders when necessary.
Perform other job duties as assigned
Work Experience Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years of previous bilingual receptionist experience preferred.
Qualifications:
At least high school/GED; University/College Degree or equivalent preferred.
Must be Bilingual English/Spanish and able to read and write fluently in both languages.
Familiarity with phone systems.
Skill in communicating effectively with others both orally and in writing.
Knowledge of principles of telephone etiquette.
Good Listener.
Has a positive Customer Service attitude.
Handles Pressure well.
Organizational skills.
Knowledge of standard office principles and procedures.
Proficiency with basic PC hardware and software, including MS Word and MS Excel preferred.
Ability to work with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Skill in using general office equipment such as multi-line telephone system, fax, copiers, and computers.
Skill in recording and retrieving general information.
Must be able to work independently and with others.
Valid Georgia driver's license.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
