Bilingual Quality Control Tech / Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking an on site Quality Control Tech / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! You will be responsible for checking our outgoing product shipments of concrete drainage products, as well as helping customers in person and over the phone by providing product information. Hours are Mon - Fri, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This position is an hourly paid position.

Responsibilities:



Counting items on outgoing trucks & checking for quality issues Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and in person Provide information about the products and services Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:



Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Experience with Production or Manufacturing is preferential Bilingual in English & Spanish Required Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
