Provides exceptional member service through conducting teller transactions, assisting with any member account needs and learning how to assist with basic loan conversations.

Our ideal candidate must be dependable, have customer service experience, good communication skills, be a quick learner, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Also, they should have a friendly and outgoing personality, enjoy working as a team and have a genuine desire to help people.

Required Experience:

Prior customer service & cash handling experience.

Essential Job Functions/Duties:

Assist members with their accounts and transactions over the phone, in person, and in drive- up. From helping members at the teller line and taking loan applications, to supporting the Team in day to day operations. Ready to jump in wherever needed.

Is dependable, punctual, and accurate in duties. Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment. Accurately receive and post coin and currency. Refer credit union products and services. Keep work station clean and organized. Research problems for members to find solutions. Take loan applications. Learn and use the name of members. Develop computer skills required to meet the job expectations. Will cross-train with other departments & learn other duties as assigned. Adhere to strict compliance guidelines.

Policy Compliance:

Can comply with the rules and regulations of the Credit Union. Can meet BSA and CTR compliance guidelines.

Decision Making & Judgment:

Effectively identify possible fraudulent situations to help protect our members and the Credit Union.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
