QA & Clinical Documentation Specialist
. This role is ideal for an LVN who communicates confidently in

Mandarin and/or Cantonese
to support our diverse patient population.
This position is
primarily office-based
, focusing on
quality assurance (QA)
, documentation review, communication with clinicians and medical offices, and assisting with compliance workflows. When necessary, the LVN may also perform
occasional field visits
for same-day or urgent patient needs.
Responsibilities
Review nursing and therapy documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Communicate with clinicians, patients, families, and physician offices in
English
, and when needed in
Mandarin/Cantonese
Assist with coordination of MD orders, signatures, and clarifications
Support administrative and QA workflows to ensure timely submission of required documents
Collaborate with the QA supervisor and clinical team to resolve discrepancies
Perform occasional field visits for urgent patient needs
Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential records
Qualifications
Active
California LVN license
Strong English communication skills
, both written and verbal
Ability to speak
Mandarin and/or Cantonese
(highly preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable working in an office environment with EMR systems
Prior Home Health experience is helpful but not required
Ability to handle both administrative and limited clinical responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
