A machine tooling company in Troy, OH is looking for a new member to join their team. This position revolves around answering phone calls, e-mails, and walk-ins. You will also help with some HR administrative duties.
This is an onsite position, so you must be able to work in the office during the week. Also, we are not supporting immigration or work visa for this specific position. You must have your work authorization (No OPT or H1 Visa).
Responsibilities for Bilingual (English and Japanese) Administrative Support:
Support various departments, data entry, scheduling, HR documentation, creating invoices, etc...
Provide customer support (mainly e-mails and phone calls, there may be occasional walk-ins)
Communicate with necessary department both inside of the office and outside of the company about projects and take care of issues if it is needed
Assist with HR duties
Other duties are assigned by managers
Qualifications for Bilingual (English and Japanese) Administrative Support:
Associate or higher degree in Business or related major preferred
Previous 2 years experience in sales support or administrative positions at a corporate environment
