Bilingual Japanese Product Project management/Trust Administrator Up to 60K
One of the leading financial institutions is seeking a Bilingual Japanese PPMT Administrator.
SUMMARY
The individual in this position is responsible for providing analysis and assistance to the business and technology with automation and efficiency improvement projects related to The Bank's service offerings. The individual will be involved in coordination of user side testing, training, and implementation efforts; allowing for the expansion of their knowledge in custody operations and project management.
1. Understand operational workflows
2. Liaises with various Business and Information Technology departments
3. Support project managers and project teams
4. Assist stake holders with test case creation, execution and tracking.
5 Provides occasional post implementation support on new products and functions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or technology related fields.
1-2 years of experience in banking operations or project related areas preferred.
Basic understanding of project management
Knowledge of finance fundamentals and mathematics.
Bilingual Japanese and English.
