Job Description

A global inspection machines and tools company in the Northern Kentucky area is seeking a Bilingual (Japanese and English Speaker) Business Administrator to join the team.

The key function of this position is providing support for their management team and sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer support while the Sales Team is away from the office, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily administrative tasks. This role requires strong clerical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and other members in the office. Also, this position requires you to so some translation work as well if they are needed.

Responsibilities for Bilingual (Japanese and English Speaker) Business Administrator:



Greet and assist customers who visit in the office in a warm and professional manner Answer phones, manage voicemail, and respond to emails and in-person inquiries Coordinate visitor sign-ins, safety protocols, and front desk security (key/fob access) Maintain reception area cleanliness and bulletin board updates Support the Executive Manager and leadership team with scheduling and administrative tasks Assist in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records Manage administrative supplies and place orders as needed Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing Operate phone systems to manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and enhance overall efficiency

Qualifications for Bilingual (Japanese and English Speaker) Business Administrator: :



3-5 years of recent experience in an administrative or front desk role Bilingual -

Fluency in Japanese and English required

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Is able to work in the office on weekdays (This position is not a remote or hybrid position)
