Responsibilities

Leverage every client interaction as an opportunity to generate revenue by identifying needs, recommending appropriate coverage, and confidently cross-selling or upselling additional products, while consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals.
Support agency growth by actively requesting referrals and online reviews during service engagements, helping to expand our client base and enhance our reputation in the community.
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls and inquiries
Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure customers have the coverage they need
Contribute to the agency's success by helping exceed customer service and retention goals
Develop deep expertise in all product lines, coverages, features, and benefits
Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and organization
Consistently follow up with clients and follow through on all commitments
