We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee daily operations within a vibrant food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food preparation, restaurant management, and customer service. Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including casual dining, fine dining, catering, and banquet services
Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee cash handling procedures
Train, develop, and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of customer service and food safety
Implement staff scheduling and shift management to optimize operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards across all departments
Lead staff recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training & development initiatives
Monitor budget adherence, control costs, and improve overall profitability
Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with kitchen management to oversee food production, culinary quality, and kitchen safety protocols
Lead efforts in hospitality management including bar operations, coffee service, catering events, and special functions
Experience
Proven management experience within the food industry or restaurant environment; supervisory or assistant manager experience preferred
Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and inventory management
Experience managing staff training & development programs in a hospitality setting
Knowledge of shift management, budgeting, food handling procedures, and restaurant operations
Prior experience in casual dining, fine dining, catering, or banquet settings is advantageous
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence
