Fiestas Auto Insurance is Now Hiring Bilingual Auto Insurance District Manager:

About Us: Fiesta Auto Insurance is a leading provider in the non-standard Auto Insurance industry, Know for delivering affordable coverage to the Latino community with over 200 location in CA. We are growing quickly and looking for a proven leader who can oversee multiple branch locations and drive sales operational excellence.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced District Manager with a solid background in management and auto insurance operations- Preferably in the non standard market. The ideal candidate will be hands on leader with a passion for team development, sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Locations: South LA, East LA, San Fernando Vally

Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across multiple locations

- Lead train and motivate managers and their teams

- Ensure compliance with company policyies underwriting guidelines

- Monitor Sales performance, Customer service

- Implement strategies to drive growth and profitability

Qualifications:

- Bilingual English/Spanish

- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in Auto Insurance

- Strong leadership and team building skills

- Proven ability to meet sales and performance skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Proficient with insurance management software and reporting tools
