Job Description

Ozark Regional Transit (ORT) is seeking a professional and dependable Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Call Center team. The CSR serves as the first point of contact for the public and is responsible for providing accurate information, assisting passengers with trip planning, and ensuring a positive customer experience.



This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:





High school diploma or GED required: additional education preferred. Bilingual (English and Spanish) required. One (1) year of customer service or call center experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with computers, phone systems, and data entry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (Occasional weekends)



Starting Compensation: $17.00/Hour
