Responsibilities

Provide outstanding client services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records and information. Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information as needed. Assist with sales efforts by promoting products and services to potential customers. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery. Manage cash handling processes when necessary, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer support strategies.

Requirements

Proficiency in English and at least one additional language is required. Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential. Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and sales processes is a plus. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Proficient typing skills for efficient communication and data entry tasks. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer support.
