Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming in-store experience. You'll greet customers, answer calls, provide pricing, and assist with furniture sales. Training is provided, so whether you're experienced or just starting, you'll have the tools to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere Answer phone calls and assist customers with questions or product information Provide accurate pricing and process basic sales orders Support the sales team with daily showroom operations Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting Participate in product and customer service training Engage in light sales and customer follow-up when needed

Qualifications

Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Bilingual (English + Spanish or Creole) preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, motivated, and comfortable speaking with customers Previous retail or furniture experience is helpful, but not required (we'll train you!)
