Title: Bilingual Customer Service and Sales (Spanish/English)
Location: Carrollton, TX
Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 per year (base salary plus bonus)

Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will focus on developing new customer relationships and helping existing clients understand and expand their coverage. This role combines relationship building with performance-driven sales activity in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities:

• Build relationship with
• Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and communication which leads to new business
• Provide information about insurance products and services
• Assist with policy applications, renewals, and adjustments
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and policy details
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Are you good with people?
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience in sales, insurance, or customer service us helpful
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in a State Farm agency is valuable
• Must be able to obtain insurance licenses (we provide support and cost assistance)
