Position Summary

We are currently seeking a

bilingual (Spanish-English)

,

licensed Master's-level clinician

to join our

community therapy team

serving the Cook Southwest area. This role blends

direct clinical work

with the opportunity to

supervise and support pre-licensed therapists

, making it ideal for experienced clinicians who value both client care and leadership.

This is a

hybrid position

--you'll provide therapy in home, community, and telehealth settings with a flexible schedule built around your availability and the needs of your caseload.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and family therapy to Spanish- and English-speaking clients (children, adolescents, adults, and families) Deliver services in home-based, community, and telehealth settings across the Cook Southwest area Use trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, solution-focused, etc.) Develop treatment plans collaboratively with clients and families Provide reflective supervision and support to pre-licensed team members Complete timely, high-quality documentation using our EHR system (TherapyAppointment) Participate in clinical consultation, trainings, and team development

What We're Looking For

Fluent in Spanish and English

(required)

Master's degree

in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field

Active Illinois clinical license

(LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, etc.) Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and comfort with local travel Experience working in home- or community-based settings preferred Strong cultural humility and commitment to equity in mental health care Passion for both client work and supporting newer clinicians through supervision

What We Offer

Pay:

$60-$70/hour (based on experience and licensure)

Schedule:

Flexible, full-time schedule (25-35 hours/week; ideal is 25-30)

Work Setting:

Hybrid care (home, community, and telehealth)

Supervision Role:

Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed staff

Health Insurance:

Available to clinicians working 25+ hours/week

Mileage Reimbursement:

$0.50/mile for travel between clients
