We are seeking a Bilingual Community Manager to lead the operations of one of our key properties. In this role, you'll take ownership of all aspects of the community -- from daily operations and team leadership to ensuring excellence in resident satisfaction and financial performance. The property is conveniently accessible from nearby cities, making it an ideal opportunity for a strategic, service-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a well-supported, expanding property management firm.
Essential Functions:

Property Operations:
Oversee leasing, maintenance, compliance, and resident relations
Conduct regular property inspections and lead preventive maintenance planning
Develop and enforce operational procedures for high-efficiency performance
Resident Relations:
Serve as the go-to person for all resident concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution
Build strong relationships to promote resident satisfaction and retention
Implement programs that foster a sense of community
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage budgets aligned with property goals
Monitor rent collections, lease renewals, and delinquencies
Analyze financials and take corrective actions to improve profitability
Team Leadership & Accountability:
Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations
Track KPIs for operational success, resident experience, and financial health
Foster a high-performance culture focused on integrity and results
Legendary Service:
Lead by example to deliver best-in-class service
Identify opportunities to elevate the resident experience
Empower your team to exceed expectations and build community pride
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in property or community management (multifamily preferred)
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Tech-savvy; proficient in property management and financial software
Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing, and regulatory requirements
Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.
Bilingual in Spanish - written and verbal proficiency required
Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift/move up to 25 lbs.
