, every shift is a mobile adventure -- perfect for those who don't want to be stuck behind a desk. Help locals and tourists alike get around sustainably, and grow with a small, innovative company that values its team like family.

We're looking for employees who can work either daytime or evening shifts. Daytime Shift hours are 7:00-3:00pm. Evening shift start times would be between 2:00 and 4:00 pm, and your shift would end at 9:00pm. Part time is available for evening shifts.

What You'll Do:

As a

Biki Driver

, you're the heartbeat of our system. Your day-to-day will include:

Rebalancing bikes around the city so riders can always find a bike when they need one Performing basic bike checks and sanitizing bikes/stations Helping customers with questions and representing the Biki brand on the road Reporting updates and field activity via our mobile work chat Working with support and maintenance teams to keep our fleet in top shape

What You'll Need:

Must-Have:

Valid driver's license + clean abstract Ability to pass a drug screening Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate clearly in English

Preferred:

1+ year of driving experience (box truck or van) 6+ months of physical work experience (e.g. loading/unloading) Familiarity with Honolulu streets and traffic patterns

Nice to Have:

Friendly and approachable attitude Comfortable using Android devices
