Job Description

How the Lift Attendant works with the Team:

Lift Attendant aides and ensures the safety of guests and our equipment. They are responsible for greeting, supervising, and assisting guests as they utilize our lifts and lift assisted attractions.

Team Member Responsibilities:

Be an accurate and reliable source of information for our Guests Greet and interact with guests Operate lifts, loading/unloading, scanning Assist with maintenance and SOP's of equipment and grounds as necessary Must bump chairs and shovel snow Promote and educate guests on safety and how to properly use the lifts, as well as best practices and techniques Acknowledging and advocating for our guests needs as it pertains to their experience with Big SNOW Enforce and follow safety procedures for the team and our guests Perform other duties as assigned by Blazer/Guide Support our mission through consistent teamwork, a positive team member experience, earned guest loyalty, mutual respect and continuously striving to be the best








Must be 18 years of age Ability to deal effectively with guests Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to shovel and remove snow from lift areas Must be able to be in cold temperatures (constant 28 degrees)for long periods Ability to stand for long periods of time Must be willing to speak in front of large groups of people A positive attitude and a commitment to great service. * Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
