Job Description

We are seeking a responsible, compassionate, and safety-focused Driver / Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support our clients in their recovery journey. This hybrid role involves transporting clients to and from clinical services, appointments, and meetings, while also providing supervision and support in the residential setting to ensure client safety, structure, and compliance with program expectations. Key Responsibilities: Transportation Duties: Safely transport clients to and from clinical programs, medical appointments, support meetings, and other approved destinations. Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance. Maintain accurate transportation logs and schedules. Uphold all traffic laws and maintain client confidentiality at all times. Behavioral Health Technician Duties: Provide supervision and support to clients in housing, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. Monitor and document client behaviors, participation, and compliance with program rules. Conduct room searches, curfew checks, and oversee daily house cleaning standards. Support clients in conflict resolution and de-escalation as needed. Communicate promptly with clinical and housing staff regarding any client concerns or incidents. Assist with client check-ins/check-outs, medication observation (if applicable), and enforcement of behavioral contracts.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
