Summary:


Responsible for providing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner while displaying a high standard of customer service.


Responsibilities:





1. Provide constant, attentive and exceptional service to casino guests while serving beverages.


2. Complete a minimum of three rounds per hour in specified beverage zone.


3. Complete all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to insure a clean, neat work area that is adequately stocked at all times.


4. Assist all guests as needed.


5. Stays informed and up-to-date with daily changes in menus, pricing, special events, and promotions.


6. Comply with all Oklahoma State liquor laws and MNGE Community Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance.


7. React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.


8. Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently.


9. Additional duties as assigned.
