Beautiful waterfront luxury resort & spa along the Pacific Coast is looking to add an Executive Steward & Beverage Manager to their team.
Responsibilities
:
As a
Beverage Manager,
you will be responsible for developing & implementing new beverage program initiatives throughout all the F&B operations onsite.
Must have knowledge in F&B service, cost control, labor control
Must have knowledge of spirits/beer selection, wine pairings
Oversee the P&Ls for all beverage programs across the property
Work with various F&B operations, and oversee the execution of the beverage program
Manage, train and continue education for all FOH staff (wine knowledge, tableside beverage presentation, and pairing recommendations)
As an
Executive Steward
, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel china, silverware, and cookware.
Must have in-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
Strong Communication Skills (written and verbal)
Maintain impeccable hygiene standards in all areas of the property
Ensure all F&B equipment/areas are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored.
Work in collaboration with the Engineering team, as needed.
Oversee all inventory & equipment used for cleaning across all outlets & banquets.
Develop & implement handling procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
