Beverage Manager

You\'ll oversee all bar and wine operations, working closely with our Spirits Buyer and Sommelier. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with our Spirits Buyer on cocktail development and spirits curation.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and ensure timely completion of invoices and inventory reports.
• Hire and train bartenders while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Ensure excellent floor presence, prevent abuse, and maintain cleanliness behind the bar.
• Review bar operations, sales, and beverage costs for continuous improvement.
• Manage finances, analyze sales, and develop strategic plans for growth.
• Foster a culture of excellence and enforce customer service principles.
• Build and develop a strong team, providing leadership and ongoing training.
• Respond promptly to employee and customer concerns, resolving issues effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manager ServSafe and RBC certifications.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a food and beverage establishment or managing staff.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale software and basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of ABC law and beverage menus (non-alcoholic, beer, cocktails, and wine).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• TIPS certification is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
