Beverage Inventory Coordinator at Longboat Key Club and Resort

Prestigious Gulf side Resort and Private Club seeking active Beverage Inventory Coordinator.

Competitive Pay: $19 - $21 / HR

Description of the role:

The Beverage Inventory Coordinator at The Resort at Longboat Key Club will be responsible for managing the inventory of all beverages on the premises, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of stock levels. Receiving and storage of beverage products and delivery of requisitioned products. Must have advanced knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits brands.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies Monitor beverage deliveries and ensure proper storage Coordinate with vendors to replenish stock and place orders as needed Create reports on inventory levels and trends Work closely with the Food and Beverage team to anticipate supply needs

Requirements:

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Working knowledge of inventory management systems Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team and in a fast paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Prior experience in beverage inventory management preferred
Knowledge of proper food storage and handling techniques

Restaurant experience is a plus

Basic computer skills


Must have valid Driver's license
