Join Us as a Beverage Facility Maintenance Lead

Passionate about ensuring everything runs smoothly? Our team is seeking a talented Maintenance Lead in the beverage sector, ready to take on a night shift role. Dive into a position that champions equipment reliability and team leadership to drive safety, quality, and continual enhancements.

Your Role Includes:

Leading a group of proactive maintenance technicians on the night shift. Guaranteeing safe, effective repairs and preventive maintenance of our production equipment. Collaborating with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to reduce downtime. Utilizing root cause analysis and improvement techniques to address equipment issues. Overseeing team scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. Contributing to capital projects, technological updates, and new tech implementation. Ensuring adherence to safety, food safety, and regulatory standards.

MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree required Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong visual acuity and manual skills. Multi-tasking abilities Minimum of 4 years relevant experience

Experience with beverage processing equipment Acquainted with Lean Manufacturing methodologies 4 years experience with OSHA, HACCP, USDA compliance
