We are looking for a hardworking, hands-on Beverage Bar Supervisor to support daily beverage operations and assist the barista team. This role is labor-intensive and similar to a barback position, with added responsibility for supervising and guiding staff during shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support baristas during shifts to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Assist with training staff and ensure all procedures are followed consistently.
Ensure all food and beverages meet quality, presentation, and safety standards.
Oversee daily prep, ensuring all food items, ingredients, and juices are ready for service.
Monitor inventory levels and notify the F&B Manager of items needing restock.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional, friendly manner.
Maintain a clean and organized cafe, kitchen, and back-of-house areas per health and safety guidelines.
Work closely with management to lead and support the team.
Lead by example with a strong work ethic, clear communication, and a commitment to teamwork.
