Dutie

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs

Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Upsell additional products or services to increase sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times Handle cash, process payments accurately, and balance cash register at shift end Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and attentive assistance Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product rotation Support team members in achieving store goals through collaborative efforts

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred; experience with POS systems is a plus Strong communication skills and phone etiquette for engaging with customers effectively Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Supervising experience is a bonus for candidates interested in leadership opportunities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.94 - $20.00 per hour
