The Department of Social Services FSD is seeking a Benefit Program Specialist(Case Analyst) with the Continuous Case Improvement Team. This position will be dependent upon application selected.

Responsibilities - What you'll do
The responsibilities is to thoroughly review and analyze case actions and phone calls to ensure accuracy, compliance and completeness of actions taken by Benefit Program Technicians. Those holding this position will collaborate with colleagues to communicate findings clearly both verbally and in writing. This act ensures accuracy, quality and adherence to scripts and or procedures to promote the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Action integrity: Reviewing case files, documents, and supporting evidence to ensure compliance with guidelines/policy/procedures/scripts and SOPs when case actions are taken.
Data Integrity: Reviewing MACSS, Current, case files, documents, and supporting evidence to ensure compliance with guidelines/policy/procedures/scripts and SOPs for data integrity.
Quality assurance: Listening to recorded phone calls to evaluate quality, accuracy, and adherence to scripts or procedures.
Reporting and analysis: Summarizing findings, writing detailed reports, and providing assessments based on established criteria.
Collaboration: Working with other reviewers, supervisors, management and subject matter experts to discuss case review findings.
Communication: Transmitting determinations to Field operations staff. Maintaining clear, concise communication both orally and in writing.
Review cases and phone calls using policy, procedure, scripts, SOPs and other reference materials as needed. Provide feedback on the actions taken by the BPT.
Other duties as assigned.
