Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong maintenance, plumbing and customer service skills, maintain a professional demeanor, and excel in both verbal and written communication. Although we provide tools, this position does require a valid driver's license, a reliable truck and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. Basic handyman/person's skills including knowledge of household plumbing, electrical, and general home maintenance are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide maintenance services to tenants across the Bend area. Perform repairs and upkeep tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while interacting with tenants and colleagues. Communicate effectively with management and team members. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable truck or larger vehicle. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks. Working knowledge of household plumbing, electrical, and general home maintenance. Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required. Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly rate: $24.00 per hour (based on experience). Additional compensation: $4 per hour for mileage, $25 cell phone allowance per month and funds for tool maintenance. Supplied/provided with full set of tools on start date. Full-time position with 40 hours per week. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.
