The Thompson Hollywood is a design-forward, luxury boutique hotel experience, featuring a superb collection of 190 guest rooms and exceptional amenities reflective of the vibrant spirit of their Hollywood location. Job Summary: Assist arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous manner to and from their accommodations, transporting their luggage. Acquaint each guest with room and features. Duties and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Assists guest with luggage during arrival and departure, makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transports guest and hotel packages and parcels. \xc2\xb7 Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms. \xc2\xb7 Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive. \xc2\xb7 Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. \xc2\xb7 Greets all guest passing through lobby and offers them assistance. Qualifications:

• Prior guest service or other hospitality experience preferred.
• Applicants with additional language skills preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances on property.
• Must show proof of vaccination against Covid-19.
