Bell Attendant

To provide prompt, courteous service to guests and familiarize all incoming guests to the Chateaux. Establish high standards of conduct to maintain a professional image to our guests. Must be able to stand and walk for extended period of times and lift at least 50lbs.Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Essential Functions:

Welcome guests sincerely Be fully aware of daily functions in the hotel. Knowledgeable of surrounding area's attractions and points of interests. Assist guests at check-in and checkout. Tag, store, and distribute baggage. Orient guests to the Chateaux and facilities. Show rooms and property to visitors. Delivery of items such as messages, packages, and flowers to the rooms as needed. Maintain a clean, neat, and professional work area Demonstrate an outgoing and pleasant attitude with all the guests and employees. Take all necessary measures to help the guests and fellow employees.

Education, Experience, and skills required:

High school diploma preferred. Ability to communicate effectively. Has and enthusiastic willingness to work together with a team. Ability to work flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays). Valid Driver's License with clean driving history.
