Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive driving instruction to students, ensuring they develop safe and confident driving skills. This role involves behind-the-wheel training, requiring excellent communication and instructional abilities. The Driving Instructor will play a vital role in preparing students for their driving exams and fostering responsible driving habits.

Duties

Provide behind-the-wheel instruction to students of various skill levels Assess student progress and tailor lessons to meet individual learning needs Prepare students for their driving tests by reviewing skills and knowledge Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning Keep detailed records of student attendance, progress, and performance Stay updated on current traffic laws and best practices in driver education

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proven experience in driving, with strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and engage learners Certification or licensing as required by NJMVC-reimbursement provided

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
