Are you passionate about helping others learn, grow, and succeed? We're looking for a positive, dependable, and compassionate person to support a vibrant 32-year-old man on the Autism Spectrum in Lititz, PA. He has a great sense of humor, loves music, and thrives with structure, patience, and genuine connection.

In this role, you'll use

behavioral support strategies

and person-centered approaches to help him develop skills, increase independence, and enjoy meaningful experiences at home and in the community.

What You'll Do

Provide direct support using individualized

behavior plans and proactive strategies

. Encourage skill development in areas such as communication, activities of daily living, and emotional regulation. Model positive coping skills and promote engagement through structured activities and routines. Support community participation -- whether visiting favorite spots, enjoying music together, or practicing life skills in real settings. Collaborate with the individual's support team and family to maintain consistency and progress toward goals.

What We're Looking For

A patient, calm, and consistent presence who can follow and implement

behavior support plans

. Someone who values teamwork, communication, and documentation for progress tracking. A reliable professional who brings

positive energy and problem-solving skills

to every interaction. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Bonus Skills

Experience supporting individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities. Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), or trauma-informed care. * Enjoys music, community outings, and outdoor activities -- a great fit for this individual's interests!
