is seeking a compassionate and experiencedBehavioral Health Nurse Practitioner
to join our growingIntensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
team.Role Overview:
The Behavioral Health NP will provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing care coordination for adults participating in our IOP behavioral health program. This role collaborates closely with therapists, case managers, and medical staff to deliver high-quality, integrated care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for IOP patients Provide medication management and monitoring Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team Participate in treatment planning and progress reviews Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with state and regulatory standards Support patient-centered, trauma-informed care
Qualifications:
Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Active state license (Arizona or eligible) Experience in
IOP, PHP, or outpatient behavioral health
preferred Strong knowledge of psychotropic medications Excellent communication and clinical judgment Comfortable working in a team-based care modelWhat We Offer:
