Job Description


The Behavioral Network Market Manager is responsible for the proactive development of strategic and creative network solutions to ensure segment, client, and customer needs are being met. Works side-by-side with sales matrix partners, Behavioral Clinical Solutions Leads, Product Solutions Leads, market clinical leadership, Behavioral Network leadership and other key matrix partners to devise, implement and measure necessary network enhancements and products.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize network solutions for new and existing clients across all segments.
  • Ensure sales teams are fully aware and educated on local network advantages and challenges, as well as national resources and strategic initiatives.
  • Engage in internal stakeholder, client and/or broker meetings, as needed, to educate on network strategy/capabilities and resolve network challenges.
  • Oversee client specific recruitment efforts; including data analysis of available reporting and the development, implementation and reporting of the recruitment plan. Collaborate with recruitment team to ensure project is meeting requirement timelines and outreach parameters. Meet ongoing with recruitment team and discuss ongoing progress and any barriers to success.
  • Create network expansion plans driven by sales feedback and other market specific or related network intel.
  • Provide input on the development of network and recruitment performance guarantees. Utilize standard language created and alter as needed in conjunction with Manager.
  • Act as SME for numerous network configurations including: CSN implementations, TPV conversions, Alliances, TPA\'s, IFP, Medicare/Medicaid
  • Collaborate with behavioral facility contracting team to maintain awareness of key negotiations, renegotiations, and facility growth needs/opportunities; Align with medical contracting matrix partners to prioritize and build contracting consensus
  • Serve as SME for assigned specialty outpatient treatment solutions, e.g. ABA, MAT, Virtual care, Emergency Responders, EAP, access to care,
  • Service as behavioral SME and liaison for various behavioral/medical collaboration projects
  • Collaborate with Clinical Consultants and Behavioral Clinical Solutions Leads to rectify any client specific network access issues.
  • Ensure Behavioral Network leadership and impacted teams are aware of new business, project work or other opportunities that may have downstream impact and/or require inter-departmental input/resources.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • 5+ years of experience in behavioral health
  • Excellent communication skills required, both oral and written
  • Must be comfortable with public speaking and leading presentations
  • Sales, marketing and/or client facing experience is a plus

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 72,000 - 120,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
