Flexibility needed, available shifts include but not limited to:

Looking for weekend or full week staff for our group Homes for male youth, 12-17 years old, in Phoenix are seeking experienced BHT's/Youth Care Workers to assist in the care of our youth and homes.

Daily progress reports and maintenance of youth files

Transportation as needed

Daily upkeep of the home, i.e., cooking, cleaning, etc

Responsibilities necessary to comply with DHS licensing and policies.

Life Skills

Documentation and incident reports

Mentor

De-Escalation Techniques

Therapeutic Group Homes

Trauma Informed

De-escalation Communication

He/She will contribute their experience and life skills to make the houses a "home" for the co-ed youth (12-17) residing in the home. Requirements necessary upon hire:

Driver's License (Required) CPI Crisis Prevention Intervention (Preferred) CPR/First Aid (Preferred) Food Handler Certification (Preferred) High School Diploma/GED (Preferred) Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:

Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:

Driver's License (Preferred)
