We offer behavioral healthcare services - psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. - that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.



Summary:



An essential role in the delivery of residential and outpatient treatment services. This is a direct care position with the primary responsibility of interacting with and supervising clients in treatment. The role assists the clinical and administrative teams to identify and serve client needs.

Pay:

$15 before shift differentials.

Shift: 3rd shift: 11:00pm -7:00am, usually including 1 weekend day in weekly schedule

1st Shift differentials: (Saturday and Sunday) $1.00



2nd Shift differentials: (Monday - Friday) $1.00 (Saturday and Sunday) $1.50



3rd Shift Differentials: (Monday - Friday) $1.50 (Saturday and Sunday) $1.50

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete the intake process with new clients into the program. Maintain client documentation. Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable. Coordinate client activities. Follow objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs. Evaluate behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provide responses, including crisis intervention. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment. Assist with the dietary needs of clients. Other duties as assigned.

Education:

High School Diploma required. Prefer behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience. Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.
