Cornerstone Therapeutic Community of Mountainburg

is a 16 bed location for adults with behavioral or DD needs. We are currently looking for staff for night shift. 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM 3 1/2 days/week.

We are seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals in need of behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

Implement behavior management techniques as directed by the supervising clinician Collect and record data on patient behaviors during therapy sessions Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed clinician Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Monitor and record vital signs during patient interactions Assist in crisis intervention and management when necessary Collaborate with the clinical team to support individuals with behavioral and DD needs Utilize knowledge of special education principles to assist patients effectively

Requirements

At least one year of previous experience in behavioral health management or related field is required

Familiarity with data collection methods and techniques Knowledge of patient care practices and procedures Understanding of medical records management and HIPAA regulations Ability to monitor and record vital signs accurately Proficiency in crisis intervention strategies Background/experience in behavioral health management or special education Strong communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma or GED

Criminal background check, adult maltreatment registry check, child maltreatment registry check,

and drug testing are all required with no exceptions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
