Join Pyramid Healthcare Mountaineer Inpatient in Kearneysville, where we specialize in Substance Use Disorder treatment. As a Behavioral Health Technician Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients through their recovery journey.

Pay:

$16/hr

Shift:

Tuesday - Saturday 6:30am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

Complete and lead the team to fulfill duties of the BHT role on each shift. Pass important information to shift BHTs. Assist with managing the BHT schedule. Conduct the intake process for new clients entering the program. Maintain accurate client documentation. Observe and document client self-administration of medication. Coordinate client activities. Provide client transportation as required. Assist with meeting the dietary needs of clients. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

High School Diploma. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Compassionate with a strong desire to help others in recovery. Reliable and detail-oriented. Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
