Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
to provide clinical services to families enrolled within our agency throughout Yavapai County.

We are looking for Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) teammates that have:
A passion for empowering young people with behavioral health challenges to maximize their potential through mentoring, role-modeling, coaching and other individually-tailored interventions.
Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individual needs
Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care
Provide services in the community, home, or other natural settings
Ability to relate to and build positive connections with children and adults and be working in a strength-based and family-centered way.
Performing other duties related to the position
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Education/Experience Needed
(one of the following):
High school diploma or GED
and
2+ years of behavioral health experience
Related Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
Valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable 39 month driving record
Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance
Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test
Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training
Compensation:
$20/hr to $23/hr
