Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)

provide the structure, safety, and compassion that support long-term recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor client safety, behavior, and wellbeing during assigned shifts. Conduct safety rounds, document observations, and report any concerns promptly. Support clients through daily routines, group transitions, and quiet hours. Respond to crisis situations calmly and effectively, using trauma-informed practices. Maintain clear, accurate documentation of client activities and incidents. Communicate important updates to supervisors and incoming staff during shift changes. Ensure all facility, confidentiality, and safety protocols are followed at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or residential care preferred (but we'll train the right person). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassion, reliability, and a steady presence under pressure. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Valid driver's license preferred.

Schedule:

2nd Shift:

3 PM - 11 PM (Full-Time)

3rd Shift:

11 PM - 7 AM (Full-Time, Overnight) Weekends, holidays, and flexible scheduling may be required.
