Genesis Medical Detox is hiring in Mayfield, KY!!!

Genesis Medical Detox is looking for Behavioral Health Techs for all shifts. We desire candidates that are comfortable working with those struggling with addiction and other mental health disorders. Strong interpersonal skills are needed. This is a great opportunity for those interested in the Behavioral Health/ Addiction/Psychology field.

Shifts:

3rd shift Tuesday-Saturday (midnight-8am)

Job Duties include but not limited to:

Works daily with patients to provide support, encouragement, and guidance Documents patient information and notifies supervisor or medical if crisis/emergencies arise Assists in emergency situations as directed Understands and maintains confidentiality of patient information and records Recognizes crisis situations and provides appropriate interventions based on training and experience. Serves as client advocate; establishes rapport; is aware of and respects the rights and dignity of all clients. Provides transportation for clients to and from facility with company vehicle. Possesses a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record to be added to company insurance policy. Facilitate educational groups

Requirements

High school diploma or GED (documentation must be provided) Driver's License is required for this position
*Medical Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistant are welcome to apply!
