NORTHEAST DELTA HUMAN SERVICES AUTHORITY MISSION:
Serve as a catalyst for individuals with mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive disorders to help them realize their full human potential by offering quality, excellent care with greater accessibility.
Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is seeking a Behavioral Health Center Manager--B to oversee the operations within a behavioral health clinic. The incumbent of this position provides both supervisory and clinical services. The position requires a knowledge of supervisory practices, appropriate clinical interventions, and operational practices of the clinic. This promotes, directs and supervises the effective operation of a behavioral health clinic, assuring that it meets the needs of the consumers, their families and the public by utilizing all available resources.
Minimum Qualifications
A master's degree in a social science, health or human services, or health administration field plus four years of experience in health services, social services, nursing, or counseling; OR
A doctorate in a social science, health or human services, or health administration field, or a medical degree plus three years of experience in health services, social services, nursing, or counseling.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:

• Works as a part of a treatment team to provide quality care and reduce the stigma surrounding behavioral health (mental health or substance use) treatment.

• Plans, prioritizes, and manages clinical treatment services for complex behavioral health cases by completing initial biopsychosocial assessments and orientation for new consumers; will also develop and implement personalized treatment plan with clients on the caseload, determines appropriate specialized treatment for clients as needed.
• Attends in-service trainings for staff and completes required trainings in a timely manner while assisting with the collection of TOMS and QOC surveys, as assigned.
• Organizes, leads, and/or participates in committees that plan, develop, and/or monitor Regional Behavioral Health Operations.
• May be required to perform other duties as necessary including, but not limited to, emergency/disaster support activities.

Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: Probational, Promotional, Demotion, Lateral Transfer, or Detail to Special Duty Location: Tallulah Behavioral Health Clinic
Compensation: NEDHSA is a designated approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site. Clinicians who work at NHSC-approved sites are eligible to apply to the NHSC Loan Repayment Program to pay off student loans.

• 2-year Full-Time Clinical Practice: NHSC will pay up to $50,000* for an initial 2 years of full-time clinical practice to clinicians.

(Full-time clinical practice is defined as no less than 40 hours per week, for a minimum of 45 weeks per year.)
Applicants with licensure as either a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker are encouraged to apply.
