environments. We're looking for individuals who are caring, coachable, and excited to grow in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Who We're Looking For:

You have an

Associate's or Bachelor's degree

in

Psychology, Early Childhood Development, Education

, or a related field You have experience as a

paraprofessional

, preschool aide, or in another hands-on role supporting children with special needs (preferred but not required) You are

patient, reliable

, and love celebrating small wins You want to

make a real difference

in the lives of autistic children and their families

What You'll Do:

Work directly with children ages 2-18 under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Learn how to implement individualized ABA treatment plans in a

play-based and structured

manner Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills Track progress and participate in team meetings to support each child's growth Work in a variety of settings including our clinic, client homes, community locations, and daycares
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
